JWoww and her husband Roger Mathews have been feuding a lot recently.
The Jersey Shore star served a temporary restraining order against Mathews. The police were called to their home on Dec. 13 over a civil dispute.
According to E! News, the police report proves that both Roger and JWoww gave their sides of the argument.
JWoww first claimed that during the disagreement, Mathews called her “a piece of s–t mother, and is damaging to their kids,” according to the report that E! News obtained.
This isn’t the first time that Mathews recorded JWoww with his phone. He has threatened to post footage of her to the internet various times, according to JWoww.
Within the report, JWoww also states that she believes Mathews uses her popularity as one of his tools to harass her. He posts many unfavorable videos of her online.
The Instagram video above is one of several videos posted by Mathews from this night.
It’s also known that the necessary domestic violence documents were completed on the scene, according to the report.
Mathews’ side of the story focused on the fact that JWoww allegedly told him that she would be responsible for their two children on Dec. 14. Then, she told him that she would be traveling to New York City for work instead.
Mathews’ account of JWoww claims she was “irate and began screaming and slamming her bedroom door” during the dispute.
The footage documenting the incident is crucial to Mathews because he claims Jwoww could make false accusations about his actions and behavior if he didn’t have the evidence.
The restraining order that was served gives JWoww sole temporary possession of the house and sole temporary custody of both of their children.
“I believe that putting the truth out there weighs in my favor… I’m not allowed to see my children who I spend every day with, she took that from me tonight,” Mathews said.
