Former Fox News anchor Chris Wallace might replace the disgraced Chris Cuomo on CNN

CNN might be replacing on Chris with another, the New York Post reports.

CNN is considering placing former Fox News superstar Chris Wallace in the time slot once held by the disgraced Chris Cuomo. The left-leaning news network signed Wallace away from Fox to host a show on their pending streaming service, CNN+. However, with Jeff Zucker’s forced resignation as CEO, CNN+ may become a much smaller project offered within HBO MAX.

At the time, Wallace said he was looking forward to giving his news reporting a try over on a streaming platform. Wallace said, “I want to try something new, to go beyond politics to all the things I’m interested in. I’m ready for a new adventure…”

CNN is also considering former MSNBC host Brian Williams to fill the vacant spot. Williams exited MSNBC at the end of last year with no real explanation.

Time will tell who will replace Chris Cuomo.
