As Ellen DeGeneres wraps up her 19 years on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she is reportedly handing out “millions of dollars” in bonuses, according to the New York Post.
While the total amount of money being given out as bonuses was not disclosed, a source near the show says that “Ellen and [production company] Warner Bros. worked together to make sure every person was taken care of.”
Warner Bros. studio has gone so far as to extend health care for 6 additional months after the show ends. Ellen has also given her staff access to career building programs to help with resumes and job hunting.
Ellen signs off her show on May 26.
