WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan was on a media tour for the company. When asked about his return to WWE, Bryan said this:
“I think it could be the end of my career in WWE, but I don’t think it will be the end of my career.”
Bryan has been cleared by his own independent doctor, but WWE is being much more strict and not allowing Daniel return to active competition. Ben Henderson is a UFC fighter who says that Daniel Bryan has been training in MMA and is actually quite good.
“He was out with some injuries in WWE,” Henderson told Sporting News. “He came to our gym and moved up to blue belt in jiu-jitsu under my coach John Crouch. Every time I go in there, he’s working his butt off. I heard he was pretty strong and actually surprised me with how technical he is. A lot of guys have a hard time learning all those techniques. I heard he was really great at being able to use his technique and not relying on his strength. He’s smooth and does jiu-jitsu really well.”
We hope to see Daniel Bryan back sooner rather than later.

TMZ.com is reporting that WWE LEgend “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has passed away at thte age of 61 of natural causes in his California home.
We will keep you posted on any updates.
Wrestling legend “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has died at the age of 61… TMZ Sports has learned.
Piper — born Roderick George Toombs — died from cardiac arrest in his sleep at his home in Hollywood at around noon Friday.
Piper was a wrestling icon — one of the biggest stars in the WWE back in the ’80s, and even wrestled in “Wrestlemania I” back in 1985 … squaring off against Hulk Hogan and Mr. T.
Roddy’s rep tells us, “I am devastated at this news. Rod was a good friend as well as a client and one of the most generous, sincere and authentic people I have ever known. This is a true loss to us all.”
Piper had been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2006, but last November he said he was cancer free. A family source tells us he was “cancer free” at the time of his death.
A family member tells us, “Our family is saddened by the sudden passing of our father and beloved husband, Roderick Toombs aka Rowdy Roddy Piper.”
Roddy was admitted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2005 and was one of the top 50 villains in the history of the WWE .
Piper had a long relationship with WWE — last wrestling back in 2008 … but appeared on various WWE shows up until 2014.
Roddy is survived by his wife Kitty and their 4 kids — including 3 daughters and son Colton who’s pursuing a career in professional wrestling.
The death is especially shocking considering we just spoke to him on Friday and asked his opinion about the Hulk Hogan scandal.
It looks like WWE Hall of Famer and Tough Enough judge is no longer with the WWE. Late Thursday night, WWE sent word to WWE.com team members to remove all references of Hulk Hogan from their site, even the Hall of Fame page.
Rumors going around that an audio clip of Hogan going on a racial rant is making the rounds on the internet.
Late Thursday night, WWE completely disassociated from legendary star Hulk Hogan.
Hogan has been removed from the list of Tough Enough judges for the current season, his profile has been removed from nearly every aspect of WWE’s website, and his merchandise has been pulled from WWE Shop.
The only remaining direct reference to Hogan is on the roster for WWE’s upcoming tour of Australia. Hogan was scheduled to be GM for the three-show tour in August. However, clicking on his biography page now reads: “You are not authorized to access this page.”
Hogan sent out a tweet late Thursday night/early Friday morning cryptically referring to a life/career change.
“In the storm I release control,God and his Universe will sail me where he wants me to be,one love. HH,” Hogan tweeted.
WWE has yet to release a statement or officially comment on Hogan’s status this late at night.
It remains to be seen what prompted such a sudden dissociation from Hogan.
WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan is probably one of the most over and popular stars of the modern era. His “Yes! Yes! Yes!” chants fill not only WWE arenas but also sports arenas all over the country. The “Yes! Movement” has become bigger than WWE.
In his new book, Yes! My Improbable Journey to the Main Event of WrestleMania, Daniel outlines his career from his early Shawn Michaels training days, to him holding the WWE World Heavyweight Championship titles high above his head at WrestleMania 30.
The book is an incredible book. Daniel is honest, friendly, and open about the events of his life with and without the WWE. He talks openly about his relationship with WWE Executives and his wife and friends.
In the book, Daniel talks about what he’s learned over the years, his injuries and much more. This book is a must buy for any wrestling fan. Go to WWE.com/shop to buy his book.
