Axios is reporting that Apple’s flagship NYC store is on the path of unionizing.
The report states that this store would be the first Apple location to unionize. The Washington Post is reporting that 3 other stores are also moving to unionize.
Apple has not confirmed their support on the unionization. Apple did say they are”fortunate to have incredible retail team members and we deeply value everything they bring to Apple.”
“We are pleased to offer very strong compensation and benefits for full time and part time employees, including health care, tuition reimbursement, new parental leave, paid family leave, annual stock grants and many other benefits,” the statement added.
