Alter Bridge’s The Last Hero album review

Alter Bridge has been around for 12 years and has released 4 albums with a fifth one coming out later this week. One Day Remains was the first collection of work the band released, and while trying to keep to their roots from Creed, the band put out a commercial success that captured the hearts of fans all over the world. Blackbird came out in 2007 and showed the world that Alter Bridge was bigger than a “Creed-lite”. Blackbird showcased a bluesy – rock sound that made fans of AB want more. ABIII came out in 2010 and melted the face off of long time supporters. The band went heavy. Myles went deep. Fortress came out in 2013 and proved to the world that they found their sound.

Here is are toward the end of 2016 and Alter Bridge is releasing The Last Hero on October 7th, and the Alter Bridge Nation cannot wait! I have a chance to listen to the record already and guys, this is the best collection of work yet. Alter Bridge has been known to push the limits from Album to Album, but this time around, they decided to master the sound they have produced.

On this album, the band showcases a little bit from all their previous albums. Myles continues to take us on a lyrical journey while Mark tries to melt our faces off.

The album is so good that you will want to listen to it in one sitting. Make sure to buy the album on Friday!
