Apparently in the early 90’s you couldn’t film a movie at the Plaza Hotel unless you gave The Donald a part.

Boyd told The Boot that he feels his wife brought sophistication to the album.
“I feel like the album itself — it’s got a little bit of the grit, the whiskey, to it … [but] with my wife now being such an important part of my life, she brought a little bit of sophistication to me,

American Idol is a few weeks away from starting their next season. Rumors are going around that Charlie Puth, Nikki Sixx and Lionel Richie are all in the running to be judges on the 16th season along with Katy Perry.
Former America’s Got Talent judge David Hasselhoff has thrown his name into the mix.
“That was my manager calling because I kind of like do whatever is thrown up and one of them is, would you [be] a judge on ‘American Idol’?” he told TooFab. “I said sure, throw me the ball.”
When asked if he’d ever met Perry, he added, “Met her? I’ve gone to a concert and hung out with her mom and dad for a long time. Glen Ballard, who wrote a bunch of her songs, wrote a song for me back in the day [‘The Best Is yet to Come’]. It’s a good time right now.”
Katy Perry had this to say when she heard about The Hoff potentially joining the cast:
“What?! I had not heard that, actually. I’m sure it’s all out there. I know there are some people that are in play, and David’s not necessarily been one of them. [The judges] have to be people that you respect in the music industry as far as people that you go, ‘Oh, yeah, they have something to contribute as far as constructive criticism.”

With this week, the anime summer 2017 season has officially reached its midpoint. When it comes to picking out the shows I want to watch each season, I tend to be fairly conservative. I’m a man about town with things to do, or at least I like to pretend that I am, so the number of shows I watch in a season rarely reaches double digits and they usually consist mostly of adaptations of manga I’ve read or continuations from something I’ve already seen. That being said, it’s not too late to help others expand their horizons, so I’ve put together my thoughts on the series I’m watching this season so far: two that started this season, two that started the previous season and are still going, and one honorable mention that is kind of in this season.
