Dave Fenley covers “Help Me Hold On” and KILLED the blind auditions. Not sure what team he will choose, but he might just win the whole show. Check it out.
The Voice is back on NBC for the 15th season. Coaches Adam Levine, Jennifer Hudson, Blake Shelton and the reigning and defending champion, Kelly Clarkson, are all battling it out for the best of the best singers on the show.
Let’s break down 5 of our favorites!
Let’s Talk About Franc West
The Nick Cannon look alike is a military veteran who came out and impressed Jennifer Hudson from the start. From his opening note, JHUD was impressed. Hudson was the only coach to turn their chair for West, but good thing she did.
A Hit And A Miss With Ayanna Joni And Demi Lovato’s ‘Sorry Not Sorry’
Ayana Joni didn’t get a single chair turn, and it’s a shame. You can hear the nerves in her voice, but she had a great soul and added a new dynamic to the Demi Lovato hit she sang. Thankfully, Kelsea Bellarini picked her for the new digital series, The Comeback Stage.
Mikele Buck’s Voice Stuns The Audience
Mikele Buck stunned the audience with his soulful country cover of “She Used To Be Mine”. At the last minute, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson pushed their button. I am so glad that he made the show. Shelton called him “Rough around the edge”, which is a good thing. My favorite line of the negotiation was Clarkson saying “My husband hunts and he loves friends”. Buck ended up on team Kelly!
Michael Lee Brings The Thrill In His Cover of “The Thrill Is Gone”
Michael Lee is an incredible singer and an incredible guitar player. Kelly Clarkson teamed up with Jennifer Hudson to help her get Lee on Team JHUD, but ultimately Lee chose Blake Shelton.
RAHDA Knows Best
Singer RADHA slayed the stage with Jessie J’s “Momma Knows Best”. Adam turned almost instantly and blocked Jennifer Hudson from being able to claim RADHA.
As we reported last week, Michael Ketterer was arrested and charged with Felony Domestic Violence. According to TMZ, the charges were later reduced to a misdemeanor.
Yesterday, TMZ also reported that since then the City Attorney dropped the charges against Ketterer. The case was sent down to a City Attorney Hearing, which is a lesser version of “court” where less serious crimes go.
TMZ says that Ketterer was given a stern talking too.
During the hearing, Ketterer will receive counseling on domestic violence, violence prevention and warned of the consequences for any repeat violations. It’s essentially a stern talking-to.TMZ.com
We wish Ketterer the best.
Check out this performance from DeAndre Nico and this four chair turn. Who do you think he will pick?

A highly accomplished musician, songwriter, actor, film producer and philanthropist, Legend is one of the most versatile and talented artists in entertainment today.
With his Emmy win this past Sunday as producer of “Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert,” which took home the award for Outstanding Variety Special (Live), Legend joins an exclusive EGOT club that had only 12 members before Sunday (fellow “Jesus Christ Superstar” producers Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice also joined the list). Legend has released five studio albums and began his impressive Grammy run in 2006 when he won Best New Artist for his debut release “Get Lifted,” which captured Best R&B Album. “Get Lifted,” along with each of his next three albums – “Once Again,” “Evolver” and “Love in the Future” – reached the Top 5 in album sales on the Billboard charts and achieved gold status.
As a film producer, Legend worked on the 2016 film sensation “La La Land,” in which he also appeared. In addition, Legend has acted in several TV and film productions, including “Underground,” “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Soul Men.”
